About the Crystal Bowls
These are ancient instruments made from crushed quartz crystal. They produce very special sounds by using a mallet (or hands) to tap and stroke around the edges of the bowls. The effect is a very powerful form of sound healing - combining the healing properties of sound as well as crystals. On this album Olivier uses 3 different crystal bowls which are played together to create different levels of harmonic vibration. This produces a very relaxing and entraining combination of sounds designed to bring inner peace, harmony and guide your mind into deep levels of meditation.
