Just wanted to pass along what a pleasure it was to work with one of the guys at Renosanz Recordings named John. I had ordered a quit smoking CD from Rick and for some reason, never received it. John and I worked back and forth for some time trying to get the CD. Through it all, John was prompt, understanding and accomodating all my needs. He went above and WAY beyond in sending downloadable MP3's to my e-mail...checking on my success in downloading them..Verifying address..and on and on. I can say I thought I may have lost my cash and would never quit smoking without the CD. But, I have to pass along that John was on top of it from the first time I contacted him.
