Step 6 - Saving Your File/s

When you click on the file, depending on the browser you use, a box will pop up asking whether you want to "Open" or "Save" the file. Always choose to save the file. Then depending on your own computer's browser settings, you will be asked to specify where you want to save the file. Please save it somewhere that you will remember. If it downloads automatically that means you have set an automatic download folder in your internet broswers settings.

Step 7 - Unzipping Your Files

Once the download is fully complete you will now have a .zip file on your computer that contains all the files for that album/EBook. Find this file and you can 'unzip' the MP3s/EBook to start using them.

Most modern computers have automatic unzipping programs already installed and it is as simple as double clicking on the Zip folder and copying and pasting the files or by right clicking and choosing "Unzip here". If you do not have an unzipping program, you can just download the free trial version of WinZip.

*** Important *** If you get an error message when trying to unzip like "File is corrupt" that means your file/s did not download fully. If this happens please re-download your file/s again and make sure your computer stays on and your internet does not drop out.

Step 8 - Importing Files to MP3 Player

Now you have your files ready to go, you just have to import them to your favourite MP3 player, phone, media player etc. Obviously there are many brands of MP3 players available but for most it is as easy as copying and pasting the MP3s/EBooks from your computer to your device.

If you use an Apple IPod or IPhone, then you will have to do this through ITunes. This can be done by opening ITunes and clicking from the Tunes main menu: "File" - "Add Folder to Library" and choosing which folder your MP3s are in. This will add the MP3s to your ITunes music collection and then you can add the files from your music collection to your device. This is standard protocol for any MP3s through an apple device and you can find more detailed instructions on doing this from Apple's website here.
