Jai is a hypnotherapist and Counsellor practising in Armadale, Melbourne. A wide variety of life experiences and challenges has given Jai a strong sense of empathy in her clinical work. She specialises and has a particular interest in using hypnotherapy for the treatment of weight loss, anxiety, insomnia and female (in)fertility & IVF. She is passionate about her work & the benefits hypnotherapy brings to her clients. Believing that hypnosis is ‘counselling of the subconscious mind’ and, that being where the habits and beliefs reside, it makes good sense to go directly to the subconscious mind to make lasting changes.
She completed her government accreditation in hypnotherapy at the Academy of Hypnotic Science, before Rick brought his training & the AAH to Victoria in 2009. Being in the first group to graduate from the Power Hypnosis Course (which was then 3 days), Jai then traveled to Perth and completed the Fascination training & Rick, recognising her abilities, then asked if she would take on the role as National Training Manager for the AAH. In this role Jai now coordinates and facilitates all trainings conducted by Rick and the AAH (including Dr Marco Paret) nationally.
Jai's previous career in the corporate sector and her extensive training in hypnotherapy and traditional hypnosis brings an increased level of professionalism to the seminars she facilitates in Melbourne, and she is ardent in providing a high standard of education within the hypnosis profession.
