Dear Tania,
Earlier this week I was out shopping and drawn into a new age shop and then furthermore pretty much directly to your CD Hypnobirthing. I was due to have my baby on Monday 5th November 2007 and am still patiently+/- waiting for his arrival ;-)
I thought that your CD could not do any harm, even though I am only engaging it in the very last opportunity that I have. I listened to the CD once a day since it's purchase on Tuesday. I have never before had such a profound trance like experience when listening to a meditative/hypnosis CD. I go out cold!!! And then return to the room right at the end. I have no idea what your saying. But it seems to be relaxing me and I feel much more positive about my impending birth experience. (This is my 4th child). I am planning on employing your CD right through my birth, is this a good idea. Do you have any guidelines I could go by given that this is such a late stage of pregnancy.
Induction will be by next Thursday at post 10 days if bubs has not arrived by then.

Hi Tania,
I have recently started using your hypnobirthing CD, and am finding it comforting and empowering, so much so that I am very much looking forward to the birth of my third baby in December. With my first two babies, I was lucky to have quick, natural births. However, due to their intensity, I have felt scared and panicky about number three. I now feel much more centered and calm, thank you! I also find myself sleeping much more soundly after having listened to your CD.
With seven weeks to go until the birth of our son, I have been listening to the CD every second night. Do you advise that I take the CD into hospital with me when I am in labour, or will this level of preparation be enough for my subconscious mind to take over?
Once again, thank you for helping me to enjoy this pregnancy without the overwhelming fear of child birth!
